By accessing or using Bitcoin Block Bingo (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is provided strictly for entertainment and amusement. It is not a gambling service: no real money, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value can be wagered, deposited, or won through the Site. Bingo cards, drawn numbers, game codes, and "wins" have no monetary value of any kind and cannot be redeemed for anything.
The Site's "tokens" are a purely virtual, in-game scorekeeping mechanic. Tokens cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be sold or transferred for real money, and cannot be redeemed or cashed out for cash, cryptocurrency, goods, or anything else of value. Token balances may be reset or removed at any time without notice.
The Site is an independent hobby project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Bitcoin developer organization, mining pool, mempool.space, Blockchain.com, Google, or any other entity referenced on the Site. The Site simply reads publicly available Bitcoin blockchain data to generate game numbers; "Bitcoin" and related marks belong to their respective owners.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and without any guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Block hash data is sourced from third-party APIs (mempool.space, blockchain.info) that we do not control, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site's operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, overload, or scrape the Site or the third-party APIs it relies on; impersonate another person; or use automated means to manipulate game outcomes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site, any account, or any game, at any time and for any reason, without notice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or these Terms, at any time without notice or liability.
These Terms are governed by general principles of fair use and applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
